In the event that the courier is unable to deliver your goods, you will receive an email or SMS to arrange an alternative delivery date. Before signing, thoroughly inspect the product. If any damage is present, clearly indicate "DAMAGED" when signing the consignment note. Damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims for damage will only be considered if reported within the specified timeframe.
