In the unlikely event that your goods do not arrive as expected, please contact our sales team with your order number for assistance. In the event that the courier is unable to deliver your goods, you will receive an email or SMS to arrange an alternative delivery date. Should the deliveries be unsuccessful or refused, any further delivery charges will be the customer's responsibility, even if the original delivery was free.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential costs, charges, or expenses arising from late, damaged, or incorrect delivery of goods. This includes contractor fees. We advise against booking a contractor based on an expected delivery date and recommend scheduling their services only when you have received and verified the items for suitability and condition.

Before signing, thoroughly inspect the product. If any damage is present, clearly indicate "DAMAGED" when signing the consignment note. Damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims for damage will only be considered if reported within the specified timeframe.

Delivery to certain non-mainland UK addresses may incur additional charges. Long length items may take up to 3 working days to be delivered.
